The Head Can’t say to the foot,
“I have no need of you.”
On the contrary, the parts of the body which are
weaker are necessary
And those parts of the body which are
consider less honorable on these we have given
– greater honor –
and so our parts
May become more presentable…
Whereas our presentable parts they have no need.
But God <has composed the body giving more abundant
honor to that part which lacked<
So, that there’s
^ no separations in the body ^
of Christ But all the parts
^ may have all the same care ^
one for another…

You all know I have worked with these hands
to provide everything my companions & I had need of.
I’ve shown you in all things by working hard in this way

The Church Body …
God has appointed in the church
First Apostles <<<
Second Prophets, third teachers,
then miracles, then gifts of healing,
supports, guidance, and
different kinds of tongues.
1 COR 12:28 (NIV) / rev 18: 19-21
You are members of the household of God,
having been built on
the foundation of the apostles and prophets,
Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,
in whom the whole building,
being fitted together <
grows into a Holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are
being built together
for dwelling place of God through His Spirit…
( 1 COR 12: 7– Eph2: 19-22 )
When you come together, how is it –
each one one you / has a hymn or a word of instruction, or < revelation >
a tongue or an interpretation <
Everything must be done
so that the church will be built up.

Cheerfully share your home
with those who
need a meal or a place to stay.
God has given each
of you a gift from his
great variety of spiritual gifts.
Use them well
to serving one another.
